SWARNIM VIJAY MASHAAL RECEIVED BY CROSSED SWORDS DIVISION AT AKHNOOR, J&K

Jammu :To commemorate the 50th anniversary of India’s military victory over Pakistan in the Indo-Pak war of 1971, Swarnim Vijay Mashaal is being carried to various parts of the country.

The Swarnim Vijay Mashaal after its journey through various places in Western Command reaches in Northern Command area today. The victory flame has passed through Kathua, Basholi, Samba, RatnuChak, Kaluchak, Sunjuwan, Miran Sahib, Jammu and Damana Military Stations under Western Command and has been handed over to Crossed Swords Division of White Knight Corps under aegis of Northern Command at Akhnoor today.
A grand reception was organized at Akhnoor Military Station on arrival of the Swarnim Vijay Mashaal.
The celebrations will continue in Akhnoor Military Station and adjoining areas by organising a series of events in honour of Swarnim Vijay Mashaal and by paying homage to the brave martyrs of 1971 Indo-Pak War.
