BJP leaders claims to have received threatening messages from Pakistan

Khour (Akhnoor): BJP leader and an ex-serviceman, Pradeep Singh Chaudhary of Chaudharyala village in bordering Khaur area in Jammu and Kashmir claimed to have received threatening WhatsApp messages from “Pakistani mobile number 923156267120’’ on Wednesday last between 9.18 pm and 9.37 pm, besides two voice calls at 9.21 pm and 11.30 pm.

The voice calls were not, however, picked up by him, Pradeep Chaudhary claimed.

Sources at Khour Police Station confirmed that a complaint has been filed and the same has been referred to police’s Cyber Cell for investigation. The Cyber Cell will find out the exact location of the number. Police are also investigating the case.

Meanwhile, pointing out that he did not know the voice caller calling at night, but when he picked up his mobile phone and checked the whatsapp, he found five messages from that number.

The first message read Pradeep Chaudhary, while the second message said that Modi, Indian Army and BJP, RSS members are our targets. This was followed by a third message that read Zeenat and put a danger mark with him.

In the fourth message, Hindostan Murdabad and the fifth message read: “Israeli Foreign Minister will also be killed.

The WhatsApp number from which the message came was written as “ISI further addng I Hate Indian’’.

Pradeep Chaudhary said that the first thing he saw after seeing the message was Pakistan after which he informed the Khaur police directly.
