Jammu: BSF Wives Welfare Association (BWWA), Jammu Frontier Hqrs, on Monday organized a mask making competition and lecture on stress management at Paloura Camp here, which was attended by a large numbers of families of BSF personnel and girls.
Firstly, a mask making competition was conducted to sensitize and generate awareness among BSF families regarding COVID-19 pandemic in which about 70 ladies participated. Thereafter, a lecture on ‘Stress Management’ was delivered by Dr Rajinder Kumar, Department of Psychiatry, Government Medical College Hospital, Jammu.
BWWA President Frontier Jammu Rajni Jamwal inaugurated the event and welcomed all the participants. BSF BWWA has always been working for upliftment and welfare of BSF families taking into consideration their separation from BSF jawans who remain committed on the border.
