Army’s Udhampur based Command Hospital provide Corona care home kits to veer naris

Udhampur: In a unique & noble initiative, the Army’s Northern Command Hospital, Udhampur on Thursday distributed Corona Care Home Kits among Veer Naris so as to help them in self monitoring of vital parameters of health at home. 
The initiative was part of providing them reassurance and boosting their confidence, in consonance with the ingrained value system of paying utmost respect for our Veer Naris which has always been a part of Indian Army’s ethos and culture.
Each Corona Care Home Kit contained a pulse oximeter, a digital thermometer, face masks, sanitiser & medicine kit containing PCM, Multivitamins & Cough syrup with instructions for use. 
A detailed summary of Do’s and Don’ts to prevent Covid-19 infection is also provided.Patients have been provided 24×7 Covid helpline which they can contact in case of development of fresh symptoms of Covid-19 infection or deterioration of symptoms. A 24 hours readily available dedicated Covid Ambulance is also available in the MI Room of Command Hospital (Northern Command) for conveyance of the Veer Naris.
