Lt Gen Manoj Pande to take over as the chief of Indian Army’s Eastern Command tomorrow, succeeding Lt Gen Anil Chauhan. Lt Gen Pande is presently heading the only operational tri-services formation Andaman and Nicobar Command at Port Blair.
