Congress to organise a “Mehengai chaupal” at all mandis, retail markets and other places in all Vidhan Sabha constituencies from 17th to 23rd August and this will culminate in the party’s “Mehengai pe halla bol” rally at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan on 28th August.
