Killed terrorist identified as Naseer Ahmad Bhat of Nowpora Baskuchan Shopian, linked with LeT terror outfit. Incriminating materials, arms & ammn including AK rifle recovered. He was involved in several terror crimes and recently escaped from an encounter: ADGP Kashmir
