JAMMU, DECEMBER 28: Panic erupted in civil secretariat here on Wednesday after fire broke out in one of its blocks on the top floor.

An official said that fire was first noticed in a room at 4th floor of the secretariat’s main building and it quickly spread to adjoining rooms.
The fire tenders have reached the spot and efforts were on douse off the flames. Further details were awaited.
