20 JKAS officers transferred

JAMMU, MARCH 28: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday held a reshuffle at middle rung of the administration transferring 20 JKAS officers. The detailed transfer order is as follows:

In the interest of administration, the following transfers
and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:

1. Mr. Naresh Kumar, JKAS, Special Secretary to the
   Government, Tourism Department, is transferred and
   posted as Special Secretary to the Government,
   Youth Services and Sports Department.
2. Ms. Shagun Sharma, JKAS, awaiting orders of
   adjustment in the General Administration
   Department, is posted as Special Secretary to the
   Government, General Administration Department.
3. Mr. Sachin Dev Singh, JKAS, Additional Deputy
   Commissioner, Rajouri, holding additional charge of
   Registrar, District Rajouri, is transferred and posted
   as Additional Secretary to the Government, Tourism
   Department.
4. Mr. Sajid Yehaya Naqash, JKAS, awaiting orders of
   adjustment in the General Administration
   Department, is posted as Additional Deputy
   Commissioner, Tral. He shall also hold the charge of
   the post of Sub-Registrar, Tral, in addition to his own
   duties, till further orders.
5. Mr. Parvez Sajad Ganai, JKAS, awaiting orders of
   adjustment in the General Administration
   Department, is posted as Joint Director, Handicrafts,
   Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
6. Mr. Shabir Ahmad Raina, JKAS, Additional Deputy
   Commissioner, Tral, holding additional charge of
   Sub-Registrar, Tral, is transferred and posted as
   Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sopore.
7. Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Magray, JKAS, General Manage,
   DIC, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as Director,
   Land Management, Srinagar Development Authority,
   against an available vacancy.
8. Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Fayaz, JKAS, Joint DDiirreeccttoorr,,
   Industries and Commerce (Development), Srinagar,
   holding additional charge of Joint Director, Industries
   and Commerce (M8&P), Srinagar, is transferred and
   posted as Joint Director, Hospitality and Protocol,
   Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
9. Ms. Deepika Rana, JKAS, Chief Executive Officer,
   Jammu Urban Development Agency, is transferred
   and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner,
   Kathua, against an available vacancy.
10. Mr. Mohammad Syed Khan, JKAS, Additional Deputy
    Commissioner, Udhampur, is transferred and posted
    as Additional Secretary to the Government, School
    Education Department.
11. Mr. Inderjeet Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate,
    Chatroo, holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar,
    Chatroo, is transferred and posted as Additional
    Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, vice Mr. Kishori Lal,
    who shall await further orders of adjustment in the
    General Administration Department.
12. Mr. Waseem Raja, JKAS, Additional Deputy
    Commissioner, Bandipore, is transferred and posted
    as Additional Secretary to the Government, Youth
    Services and Sports Department.
13. Mr. Garbi Rashid, JKAS, Additional Secretary to the
    Government, Youth Services and Sports Department,
    is transfered and posted as Additional Secretary to
    the Government, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens
    Department.
14. Mr. Joginder Singh Jasrotia, JKAS, Programme
    Officer, ICDS Project, Samba, is transferred and
    posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner,
    Udhampur.
15. Mr. Umar Shafi Pandit, JKAS, Deputy Director, J8&K
    IMPA&RD, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as
    Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bandipore.
16. Mr. Rajeev Kumar Khajuria, JKAS, awaiting orders of
    adjustment in the General Administration
    Department, is transferred and posted as Additional
    Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri.
17. Mr. Ramkesh Sharma, KAS, Sub-Divisional
    Magistrate, Ghagwal, holding additional charge of
    Sub-Registrar, Ghagwal, is transferred and posted as
    Additional Secretary to the Government, Hospitality
    and Protocol Department.
18. Mr. Waseem Raja, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner in
    the State Taxes Department, Kashmir, is transferred
    and posted as Joint Director, Youth Services and
    Sports, Kashmir.
19. Mr. Alyaz Ahmad Naisroo, JKAS, Deputy Director,
    Tourism, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Chief
    Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority,
    Sonamarg, vice Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Rather JKAS,
    who shall await further orders of adjustment in the
    General Administration Department.
20. Mr. Ajay Bharti, JKAS, Deputy Secretary in the
    Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, is transferred and
    posted as Deputy Director, Estates, Jammu, vice
    Mr. Girdhari Lal, JKAS, who shall await further orders
    of adjustment in the General Administration
    Department.
