12 devotees died in the Katra stampede. 16 others were rushed to a hospital out of which 9 were discharged. 7 people are still in the hospital & some of them are on ventilators. Chief Secretary (home), ADG (Jammu) & DC (Jammu) will investigate this incident: J&K LG Manoj Sinha
